• Normally these jars has a spout on top but in this case it has been profesionally removed, probably was damaged to much.
• Majiayao phase (3300–2500 BC) sites are mostly found on terraces along the upper Wei River valley. This is the upper Bailong River valley of the middle and lower Tao River and Daxia River valleys, in the upper Yellow River valley, the Huangshui River and lower Datong River.
