  • The statue has nice details but also heavily eroded but gives it a unique appearence
  • At the back there is a hole but the small cotton wrapped package and the lid is missing.
  • The package contains mostly the following:
    • a piece of paper with a message, prayer, request.
    • some rice for food.
    • some herbs for good health.
    • some cotton for clothing.
  • These statues weer offered or placed at the temple of the giver and writer of the message.
  • A Quan Yin has most of the time a image of a Buddha in the crown and it looks like this statue as well but hardly seen.
